In production, you often wait long months before you're able to see everyone's labor take shape in its final, ultimate form: a finished film, ad, activation, etc.

But in a cafe? You see the fruits of your labor —a very yummy latte — quite instantaneously. You're able to see the customer's eyes light up when they take the first sip (being a little dramatic, but honestly!), and I think it's good for your spirit to have these kinds of daily victories!
